I’m sure you do not know everything about prioritizing and that’s however, it’s what you don’t know that will kill you in the long run.

First let’s start with the basics. Sit down and evaluate your situation as a whole. Some questions that you need to be asking yourself would be, I’m a prioritizing my work load as well as other daily task and life’s everyday hardships.

Many people who are in business for themselves are in business for themselves for a few good reasons and they would be you have amazing creative ideas, you don’t wish to work for anyone else or you need more time to spend with others. These would be the main reasons among others however, these are also the people might be more stressed out being that their life and the income relies all on productivity and if you are not producing numbers guess what? You’re not making money. Take any CEO of any company and what is their main job among the least, PRODUCTIVITY! Its common senses that they can run an organization or group of people to be productive.

Do you know what can count for a majority of earnings and productivity…? PRIORITIZING!

Go figure.
Many times you will become stressed, inefficient, lazy and unproductive hurting your overall numbers because you do not have a great prioritizing system put in place.
If you are not prioritizing your work load you are hurting yourself and business and yourself tremendously. I know and you know as well that work, managing finances, personal life, social life, creative ideas, work load, the next client are all things that are running through your mind at any given time leaving you stresses and sometimes unable to produce.

Not prioritizing will kill you! You need to have a basic plan and schedule laid out, if you do not know look into getting some one to help prioritize for you.
You need to lay out all daily task, appointments, and projects all in order from most important and working down the list to whether or not you’re going out for drinks with the partners this Friday night.
Every thing has its place and order from items that are higher on the scale to things that shouldn’t come up during your time of work and production. Many times people will wake up and start out on their day without a priority on their day and at the end they wonder why they achieved nothing or accomplished so little what the needed to at work.
This especially will affect a person who operates their own business and determines whether they will sink or sail.
I leave you with these tips:

1. Write out all your projects, task, ideas, and assignments as well as prioritize from most important to least.
2. Create an outline and hourly progress chart to track your progression throughout the day.

3. Work efficiently and close out distractions that will allow you to become unfocused from your current priority.

Practice and place these three tips into affect and do not let what you don’t know kill you but learn how to let creativity lead to correct prioritization and an efficient work schedule.
